How do you charge for your services and programs?

Our pricing is aligned to purpose and scope, not a single template. Each engagement is scoped transparently so you know exactly what’s included before we begin.

Lex Peritias offers a suite of end-to-end conflict-management solutions, and pricing varies by stream:

  • Pre-Investigation Work: Usually offered at a fixed fee. This includes scoping conversations, document and data review, risk assessments, and preparation of investigation plans that your leadership or Board can table internally.
  • Co-Investigation and Shared-Load Services: For organisations that prefer to keep partial control in-house, we offer flexible collaboration — from conducting specific phases (such as evidence review or interviews) to serving as independent co-investigators on complex or high-stakes matters. Pricing depends on the scope and division of responsibility.
  • Investigations and Assessments: Hourly or fixed-fee structures based on complexity, number of participants, and timelines. Each engagement comes with defined deliverables and transparent variation clauses.
  • Training and Capability Building: Priced per session or participant. Custom programs (for HR, leadership, or internal committees) are quoted based on design, delivery format, and localisation.
  • ReWireWorks™: Diagnostic tool offered based on scope, with scalable plans for organisations of different sizes and jurisdictions.
  • Post-Investigation and Restorative Work: Custom-quoted projects covering recommendations, culture resets, facilitated interventions, or team coaching.
  • Mediation and Facilitation: Typically fixed-fee per mediation, with optional follow-up sessions for sustained outcomes.

Do you offer mediation or restorative facilitation?

Yes. We design and deliver post-investigation and stand-alone mediation services.
These include facilitated conversations, team-reset sessions, and restorative interventions—tailored to the organisation’s culture and level of readiness.

Can you work with our HR or Legal team?

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with internal HR, ER, Legal, and Compliance teams
either as an independent external partner or by supporting internal capability building.

We also share the investigative or conflict-management load when needed:

  • acting as a co-investigator on complex or high-stake matters,
  • conducting specific phases such as evidence review, witness interviews, or credibility assessments, and
  • facilitating post-inquiry interventions alongside internal teams.
